Lease negotiations are critical to any property transaction.  We have over 20 years experience in overseeing lease negotiations, in over 25 countries. We work with your appointed consultant and legal team to review the lease terms, and negotiate with landlords to ensure all your leases are agreed on the best commercial and legal terms, and in-line with your objectives.

DESIGN & FIT-OUT

In locations where you need to fit-out a new building or re-furbish an existing one, we develop the design, and work with local consultants and contractors to execute the design and fit-out your space.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once the decision to open, close, refurbish or re-locate is made, we continue to work with your local team to execute this change.   We co-ordinate the entire process, from your initial briefing to occupation.  We liaise with all your internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered within the agreed budget and time.
