OUR PROCESS

Our process always begins with getting to know your business, and a review of your workspace requirements, and how these may change in the future. Once we are clear on your overall goals we travel to meet your local teams and engage them, ensuring we understand the full picture.

Having undertaken a thorough review of your needs we determine your workspace requirements and liaise with your appointed property agents to understand the local market, visit potential sites, and provide a short-list of sites for your consideration.

Once a property is selected, we work with your legal team and property agent to oversee the lease negotiations, and ensure the right property is secured on terms that are in-line with your business requirements.

At the same time we develop the design and engage a fit-out contractor to provide a cost estimate for the renovations and fit-out. Once design and budgets are agreed we appoint a fit-out contractor on your behalf, and through-out the fit-out period we ensure everything proceeds according to the agreed programme, contract and budget.
